Application for Exhibit Space August 15th & 16th 2025

General Information/ Entry Fee:

A 10′ x 10′ Booth Space – $100.00. Limit of 2 booth spaces
Cancellations prior to August 1st will be refunded $25 per booth. 
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER August 6th

Policies and Rules:

  1. Tent cannot take up more than a 10’x10′ booth space or a second space must be rented.
  2. Next year returning Vendors will have first option to the same space as previous year. Other spaces will be available to vendors on a first reply basis.
  3. The hours of selling will be Friday 4:00pm to 11:00pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.  *Vendors are not permitted to remove your stand before 3:00 pm Saturday.
  4. Vendors will not be allowed back into the Laid Back on I-55 Truck Show if any rules are violated
  5. The Committee has the right to limit duplicate booths.
  6. NO WALKING AROUND SALES – NO FOOD (READY TO EAT) SALES *Food and Drink will be available for purchase
  7. The Committee and their members assume NO RESPONSIBILITY for loss of damage to person or property.
  8. Your cancelled check is confirmation of entry payment. If you need written confirmation please contact Robynne at 573-768-2101.
  9. Vendors are responsible for setting up and tearing down their own displays. Vendors must be set up by 10 am 
  10. Feel free to do your own drawing or giveaway at your booth 
  11. Proceeds of the show to benefit Down’s Syndrome Association
  12. No electric is available
